Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)

Job Description:

BlueHeart Behavioral Services for Kids is a company offering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with developmental disabilities in Saint Cloud, Kissimmee, and Orlando area. We offer services at home, school or clinic. Our clinic is located in Saint Cloud.

At BlueHeart Behavioral Services for Kids you will have the opportunity to work in dynamic family environments and develop behavior programs in a real-world setting.

Qualifications:

• Certified RBT
• Medicaid provider
• English (Required)
• Spanish (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavior intervention services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disorders in the home, school, and/or community.
• Collect and record data.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans created by and under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Follow and implement all BACB requirements.
• Provide feedback regarding client progress to program supervisor.
• Help children with autism and other special needs to meet their goals using proven ABA methods in a variety of settings.
• Maintain a clean, healthy and safe environment.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job description:

BlueHeart Behavioral Services for Kids is a company offering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with developmental disabilities in Saint Cloud, Harmony, Kissimmee, and Orlando area. We offer services at home, school or clinic. Our clinic is located in Saint Cloud.

At BlueHeart Behavioral Services for Kids you will have the opportunity to work in dynamic family environments and develop behavior programs in a real-world setting.

Qualifications:

• Certified BCBA/BCBA-D
• Medicaid provider
• English (Required)
• Spanish (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Assessing the individual needs of each child and to develop behavioral plans.
• Monitor the progress of individuals under their care and collaborate with family members.
• Provide ongoing support and supervision to RBT’s.

• Conduct Parent Training.
• Oversee insurance treatment plans to ensure submission is completed.
• Maintain client data, graphs, and daily progress notes.
